Before you write

• Plan, invoices or cancelling? There is no dashboard. Ask your agent. It gives you a secure Stripe link where you can change your plan, download invoices, update your payment details or cancel.

What helps us answer

Tell us the email address on your account, your site's address, what you asked your agent to do, and the error it got back. Every spun.ink error has a short code, such as over_quota, and that code tells us more than a screenshot.

Your agent can also send feedback straight to the team with its submit_feedback tool. It is the quickest way to report friction you hit while it works.
